Our Mission

The National Hearing Care mission is to transform the way hearing healthcare is perceived and experienced worldwide, changing the lives of millions of customers through the passion and superior care of our people.

National Hearing Care started as just three clinics when it was founded in 1997. It has since grown to become the leading independent hearing healthcare services provider in Australia, offering a range of hearing aid products and hearing test options.

At National Hearing Care, we believe that all Australians should be able to enjoy a lifetime of healthy hearing.

When it comes to interacting with any environment, your hearing - is one of the most important senses. When hearing loss affects our day-to-day tasks like enjoying our favourite TV show, having a conversation with our friends or playing with our children or grandchildren, it becomes a real problem.

Hearing loss is a natural and gradual process that is difficult to detect at the beginning. For this reason, it is important to review your hearing every year.

We offer a full range of services and solutions including:
• FREE hearing checks
• Comprehensive hearing assessment
• Tinnitus advice
• Hearing aid fittings, maintenance and care
• Hearing protection
• Hearing aid adjustments
• Hearing aid repairs
• Hearing aid batteries
• Assisted listening devices and accessories
• Subsidies and fully funded services and hearing aids are available for eligible DVA/Pension card holders*

*Eligibility criteria applies. Conditions apply to customers under the Australian Hearing Services Programme.
