The Kids Pass will be available exclusively online for members from Monday 21 September at 12pm. With limited passes available, be sure to set your reminder and book quickly when sales go live via the Westfield app.

How do I purchase my Kids Pass?

Sales open: Monday 21 September at 12pm

Purchase method: Online only via the Westfield app. Be quick - limited passes available.

Cost: $35 plus booking fee

How many Kids Passes can I purchase?

A maximum of three (3) passes may be purchased per member.

Where to purchase once sales are live?

1. Download the Westfield app and become a member today, or open the app if you've already joined.
2. Open the app on your mobile device and click on the "Enjoy hours of fun with our Kids Pass" article.
3. Click the "Book here now" button at the bottom of the page, after 12pm Monday 21 September.
4. Follow prompts at "Get Tickets" order and pay.

Kids Pass x Lifeline

We're donating $1 to Lifeline for every Kids Pass purchased between 21 September 2026 to 31 January 2027.
