RACV is a Victorian-based organisation that operates in the areas of motoring, home and leisure. We offer our members products and services including insurance and finance, home security, drive school, vehicle inspections, emergency roadside and home assistance, resorts and other leisure and travel services. We also advocate for Victorians and are a champion for our members on a range of motoring, mobility and home-related causes. The new RACV Knox shop is moving away from its traditional format to an open, inviting and interactive experience for our members. We have open plan consultation spaces for our team to better engage with members to understand their RACV needs, comfortable waiting lounges for members to sit on when they arrive and digital displays promoting RACV product and services.
