Visit our Helensvale Customer Service centre from 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Gold Coast public holidays) at the Helensvale Library pop-up location on Level 1, near Goodlife Gym.

Our face-to-face service centre provides information and advice on topics such as licenses, permits, rates enquiries and account payments, animal registrations, compliance, local laws and development applications.

Cash payments are not accepted at our service centre. Cash payments for rates and water notices can be made at any Commonwealth Bank branch (with no surcharge) and Australia Post locations (transaction fee applies) across Australia
