To ensure all our customers can navigate around our centre with ease we offer the following services to assist with accessibility.
For mobility-impaired customers, we offer complimentary wheelchairs and power shoppers. You can hire a mobility vehicle or wheelchair for 3 hours from our concierge desk located outside of ALDI.
To hire a mobility vehicle, you will need proof of identification, which should be either a valid passport, driver’s license or proof of age card. On presentation of these, you’ll be asked to fill out a hire agreement form. Once that’s done, you’re ready to go.
The wheelchairs and power shoppers are in high demand, and are therefore subject to availability. Please call our conceirge desk to book your mobility equipment in advance to guarantee availability.
We offer free parking to customers that hold a disability permit. Please register your disability permit at the concierge desk and a member of our friendly team will register you to receive the complimentary validation each time you shop.
Once registered, simply take your parking ticket to the concierge desk, and they will validate your ticket.

At Westfield Helensvale all our restrooms have a wheelchair accessible toilet. On Level 2 past Centre Management and down the corridor there is an accessible toilet with an adult change-table.
