This October, during Mental Health Month, Westfield and Lifeline have joined forces to promote the positive benefits that physical health has on mental health, with the campaign Move It For Mental Health. Between 1-31 October, select Westfield centres will be hosting health, fitness and wellness events.

Westfield is also matching every customer donation, dollar for dollar, up to $15,000. That means your support goes twice as far in helping Lifeline answer more calls from Australians in crisis. Donations can be made at the Concierge Desks in-centre or via the Lifeline Move It for Mental Health webpage.

The benefits of regular exercise on your physical and mental health include:

Join our Westfield Walkers every Tuesday and Thursday at 7am for a morning walk around the centre. Whether you’re a regular walker or joining us for the first time, everyone is welcome.

To make things even more fun, we’re introducing Move It for Mental Health bingo!

Collect your bingo card and complete a range of simple challenges throughout October, from walking with someone new to giving someone a compliment.

Complete a full line of challenges to hit bingo and head to the Concierge Desk near Aldi to go in the draw to win a $100 Westfield Gift Card*.
