b) Spend the advertised minimum spend amount in a single transaction and meet any promotional requirements to qualify for the Gift With Purchase.
c) Customers must be a W Loyalty member, or join the W Loyalty program at the time of purchase, where specified.
d) Qualifying spend thresholds are calculated after discounts have been applied and exclude gift cards unless otherwise stated.

h) Customers are eligible to redeem one promotional gift only, corresponding to the highest qualifying spend tier, unless otherwise stated.

j) No exchanges, substitutions, transfers, cash alternatives or rain checks will be provided.
k) Returned purchases that no longer meet the qualifying spend requirement may require the promotional gift to be returned or its value deducted from any refund, where permitted by law.
