Father’s Day shopping can be tricky, especially when Dad seems to have everything. So, who better to ask for gift inspiration than the Brisbane Broncos?

We caught up with Brendan Piakura, Jack Gosiewski and Jaiyden Hunt at Westfield Chermside and put their Father’s Day knowledge to the test. Here’s what they had to say.

Who gives the biggest dad energy in the team?

Brendan Piakura: My dad is Patrick Carrigan. I've lived with him for a few years, and he was my dad for those two years – or still is.

Jack Gosiewski: Ben Hunt – he's got dad vibes.

Brendan Piakura: The one that should give dad vibes, but is the biggest child, is Adam Reynolds.

What did you get for Father’s Day last year?

Brendan Piakura: I got the best Build-A-Bear. And then if you click on its hand, it says, ‘I love you, Dad,’ from my daughter.

Jack Gosiewski: You know what I find that's good once they get a little bit older and they're at daycare? They can start to do the arts and crafts. So, you get the ‘Happy Father's Day’ with the painting or the drawing.

What would you buy for the dad who has everything?

Brendan Piakura: Probably an Event Cinemas gift card.

Jack Gosiewski: Probably a Westfield gift card. He's got everything. I'm sure he can figure out some new ones.

What should you get Dad if he’s into sport?

Jack Gosiewski: Maybe some shoes. What are we thinking? Number one, new set of Asics Novablasts.

Jaiyden Hunt: I'm more of a Megablast myself.

What’s your dad-inspired hobby?

Jack Gosiewski: Golf.

Brendan Piakura: Running.

Jaiyden Hunt: I’d say running.

What’s your advice if you’re struggling to find a Father’s Day gift?
