Westfield and Disney are collaborating to create a series of Star Wars themed experiences and events for fans of all ages in 2024. This autumn, we're excited to bring these experiences to your local Westfield, so get your Lightsaber ready and come and check out the special activities happening near you!

To launch the out-of-this-world campaign, Australian comedian, actor and Star Wars fan Joel Creasey was joined by other Star Wars fans to mark the occasion with a Lightsaber ribbon cutting at Westfield Sydney and an unforgettable fan photo at SKYWALK at the top of Sydney Tower Eye.

Joel Creasey said: “It's beyond exciting to be celebrating the arrival of Star Wars at Westfield! I'm a proud lifelong fan of the greatest franchise in the galaxy, and my parents even met as extras on the set of The Empire Strikes Back.

“Their love of the Star Wars universe and memories of the film played a huge part in driving me to work in this industry so I'm thrilled to celebrating with other fans today at our Lightsaber ribbon cutting today. There's so much fun to be had at Westfield in the next few weeks including an immersive Star Wars Experience, along with plenty of activities for the young Padawans over the school holidays too - Chewie, we're home!"

Lightsaber Training

Throughout March and April, Padawans were invited to learn the ways of the Lightsaber to become the ultimate Jedi! We were thrilled to offer Lightsaber Training to Star Wars fans of all ages, with a fully immersive Jedi experience at Westfield Knox and Westfield Mt Gravatt.

Star Wars: School Holiday Zone

Spark excitement for your little ones these school holidays, with a visit to our Star Wars themed activity zones, happening for a limited time. Head to your local Westfield centre* these school holidays to enjoy a Star Wars photo moment, a wide range of merchandise, including Lightsabers, books and figurines, as well as various Star Wars craft activities. Star Wars Immersive Experience

Attention all Star Wars fans! The Resistance calls you to experience an immersive video tour exclusively at select Westfield centres in Australia and New Zealand. Get ready to be transported to the Black Spire Outpost in Galaxy's Edge, where you'll witness Batuu like never before.

As a bonus, Westfield members can collect an exclusive Planet Batuu poster for a limited time, so get in quick. The Star Wars Immersive Experience will be available at select centres starting from 28th March. This experience is open to fans of all ages.
