Sensitive Santa

Everyone gets their time with Santa this Christmas with our Sensitive Santa option.

Join us for our Sensitive Santa experience where families can have a photo taken in a relaxed environment, tailored to children with sensory challenges. These calm and comfortable photography sessions take place before stores open when the centre is quieter to create a relaxed and sensory-friendly Santa experience.

Auslan Santa

Westfield is proud to continue Auslan Santa, a program offering children who use Auslan as their primary form of communication, the chance to share their Christmas wish list directly with an Auslan-fluent Santa. Developed in collaboration with Deaf Australia, these sessions are longer and have helpers and an interpreter on hand to facilitate. Find Auslan Santa sessions at a Westfield centre near you.

Pet Photography

Why should your four-legged family members miss out on all the fun? Bring them along for a Santa photo with the whole family.

Note: Online bookings are essential, and sessions book out quickly. There will be no walk-ins available (no matter how persuasive those puppy eyes may be).

Please also note that when you book a pet photography session, you are automatically opting in to the below terms and conditions:

Owner/s must be responsible for their pet at all times.
Owner/s must bring waste disposal bags for their pet's use if required. Please note that waste is prohibited from being placed in bins inside the centre.
In the event that any animal exhibits aggressive behaviour, we will ask that they are removed from the centre.
Owner/s must wait at the designated entrance, outside of the centre, prior to your allocated booking time. At the time of your booking, a staff member will meet you at the designated entrance and escort you to the Santa photography set. Pets must be brought into the centre on a lead or in a cage.
Every endeavour will be made to adhere to your booking time, however in the event that another photography session is being completed, we appreciate your patience while the current pet photography session is finishing up.
