Known for its flavour-packed cookies and strong social media following, Brooki Bakehouse has delighted customers across Australia through a series of limited-time pop-ups. Now, Carousel locals can experience the brand's most-loved bakes without leaving town.

Find Brooki’s Bakehouse in the David Jones Mall, opposite Bath and Body Works, from Thursday 30 July to Sunday 2 August.

• Friday: 9am – 5pm
• Saturday: 9am – 5pm
• Sunday: 11am – 5pm
