TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 4 Day 20% Off Storewide Sale (EOFY Promotion)

1. Instructions and information on how to enter form part of these conditions. By entering the Promotion, entrants accept these conditions.

2. The promoter is HM Franchise Group Pty Ltd trading as The Source Bulk Foods. ABN is 64 165 008 819 and address is Unit 10/8-12 Honeyeater Cct, South Murwillumbah, NSW 2484 (Promoter).

3. The Promotion begins across all stores and online at 12.01 am (AEST) on Thursday, 4 June 2026 and concludes at 11:59 pm (AEST) on Sunday, 7 June, 2026. (Promotion Period).

4. Participation is open to Australian residents, excluding employees of The Source Bulk Foods, their immediate families or any agents, including other advertising, marketing or promotional firms associated with this competition.

5. To be eligible for the discount when instore, the customer must show ‘4 Day 20% OFF STOREWIDE’ advertising, SMS or email instore and be a Loyalty Member of The Source Bulk Foods or become a Loyalty Member at the time of purchase.

6. To be eligible for the ‘4 Day 20% OFF STOREWIDE’ when shopping online, at checkout the customer must tick the box that says they are a Loyalty Member or agree to opt in to become a Loyalty Member, in order to receive the 20% OFF.

7. It is solely the responsibility of the Loyalty Member or prospective Loyalty Member, to bring their “The Source Bulk Foods SMS, advertising or email” or tick loyalty member option on online checkout, to receive the discount.

8. Loyalty Points do not accrue at time of the 20% OFF STOREWIDE redemption.

9. The 4 Day 20% OFF STOREWIDE is not to be used with any other deal. The 4 Day 20% OFF STOREWIDE does not apply to the purchase of gift vouchers, gift hampers or gift boxes. The discount also does not apply to delivery fees and any wholesale purchases.

10. The 4 Day 20% OFF STOREWIDE discount is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

General

9. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and the identification of participants. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these conditions.

10. The Promoter and shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or any loss or damage arising from their own negligence) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained relating to the prize and/or the participants attendance at the Event, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

11. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.

12. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, and prize suppliers. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the participant. Participants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter.
