Many screen, battery, and charging-port repairs can be completed on the spot or the same day, subject to the device, required work, and parts availability. Services also include data recovery, software troubleshooting, phone and computer security checks, malware and virus removal, liquid-damage assessment, and device diagnostics.

By appointment, iWorkshop offers patient, personalised one-on-one technology support for seniors and customers who prefer additional assistance. Sessions take place in a dedicated private consultation space away from the main retail area, providing a quieter and more comfortable setting for device setup, accessibility settings, accounts, data transfers, scam concerns, security checks, and everyday technology questions. Family members and carers are also welcome to arrange an appointment.

For selected repairs, customers can choose genuine manufacturer parts or quality compatible alternatives, with warranties of up to 2 years depending on the part and service. iWorkshop also stocks cases, chargers, screen protectors, accessories, and pre-owned devices.

Walk-ins are welcome for repairs and enquiries. We also offer device pick-up and drop-off; Onsite technology support, and personal assistance are also available by appointment.
