This October, during Mental Health Month, Westfield and Lifeline have joined forces to promote the positive benefits that physical health has on mental health, with the campaign Move It For Mental Health.

Westfield is also matching every customer donation, dollar for dollar, up to $15,000. That means your support goes twice as far in helping Lifeline answer more calls from Australians in crisis. Donations can be made at the Concierge Desks in-centre or via the Lifeline Move It for Mental Health webpage.

The benefits of regular exercise on your physical and mental health include:

• Better sleep
• Improved concentration
• Increased energy levels
• Improved confidence
• Improved mood
• Reduced stress and anxiety

Lifeline is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for anyone feeling overwhelmed or finding things difficult. You can call Lifeline on 13 11 14, text 0477 13 11 14, or chat online at lifeline.org.au. To learn more about our National Partnership with Lifeline, click here.

The Lifeline Support Toolkit also offers trusted information, practical strategies, tools and support options that people can explore in their own time. If you or someone you know needs support, Lifeline is here.
