Christine Neiland

Rainbow Care Home Services

Passionate. Driven. Unwavering.

For LGBTQI+ people who have lived through discrimination, accessing care and support can feel uncertain and heighten feelings of fear and isolation. As CEO of Rainbow Care Home Services, Christine Neiland provides inclusive care that respects who people are, treats them with dignity, and helps them stay connected to their identities, families and communities.

If Christine is successful, the grant will fund up to eight free community educational workshops over the next 12 months that support the LGBTQI+ community and promote inclusion and diversity.

Diana Green

Hope Ventures, Mimi's House

Reliable. Kind. Thoughtful.

Every week at Mimi's House, Diana Green helps primary school aged children at risk of disengaging from education. Her calm presence and consistent care within this innovative intervention program build the trust that helps young people feel safe, valued and ready to learn.

If Diana is successful, the grant will fund an internal repaint and new carpet at Mimi’s House, creating a brighter, warmer and more welcoming environment where children feel safe, valued and ready to engage.

Lou Feltham Smith

Miracle Mums Movement Inc.

Courageous. Compassionate. Transformative.

Lou Feltham Smith helps women rebuild their lives after domestic and family violence. Through her organisation Miracle Mums Movement Inc., women find practical support, peer connection and renewed confidence. Lou draws on her own experience of domestic violence to lead this work, turning her past into sustained, empathetic and empowering support for survivors.

If Lou is successful, the grant will support delivery and expansion of Miracle Mums Movement’s trauma-informed workshops and peer support events.
