T2 Matcha is a ceremonial-grade Japanese green tea powder, JAS (Japanese Agricultural Standard) certified organic. Made from young tencha leaves shaded for three to four weeks before harvest. Shade-growing builds the chlorophyll (the colour), the L-theanine (the calm), and the umami (the flavour).
