We're committed to providing an inclusive and accessible environment at Westfield Penrith, and creating a destination for customers where everyone feels welcome.

Westfield Penrith is pleased to offer Quiet Time, designed to assist those with sensory needs or for customers who may find high sensory environments challenging.

Every Tuesday between 10:30am and 11:30am, the lighting in the common areas of our centre (food courts, walk-ways) is dimmed, the music is changed to a softer playlist, and the volume is lowered.

In addition to the common areas in Westfield Penrith, many of our retailers will also participate in Quiet Time by dimming lighting (where possible) and lowering the music volume in their stores.

On Tuesdays between 10:30am and 11:30am, customers can expect:

• Dimmed lighting in centre common areas (food courts, walkways)
• Lowered music volume
• No PA announcements are made, except in the case of emergencies

Participating retailers include:

• Apple Store
• Bras n Things
• Coles
• Dangerfield
• Dotti
• Dusk
• The Athlete's Foot
• rebel
• Woolworths

You can find our sensory friendly map here to assist customers who are sensitive to sounds, lights and smells and may benefit from low-sensory shopping experiences. For a full list of services offered at Westfield Penrith click here.
