Support your local community: The Nappy Collective

Westfield North Lakes is continuing the community donation program. We partner with different local charities to collect donations to support their valuable cause.

This September and October, we're helping families in need in partnership with The Nappy Collective.

WHAT IS THE NAPPY COLLECTIVE?
The Nappy Collective is an Australian not-for-profit that focuses solely on collecting disposable nappies and distributing them to families in crisis.

1 in 10 families don't have enough nappies; a situation entitled "nappy stress".
Nappy stress can impact families facing financial hardship, experiencing or at risk of homelessness, escaping domestic violence, seeking asylum or those impacted by natural disasters.

HOW TO HELP:
Simply bring a new packet of any sized nappies on your next visit to Westfield North Lakes and place in the donation box.

Location of donation box: Opposite Rosita Flowers near Coles

Dates: Thursday 17 September to Sunday 18 October

Items to donate: Full packs of nappies (any size and pull-ups) and leftover nappies from packs which have already been opened. If you are donating individual nappies, please bundle loose nappies together in their size groups, pop in a paper or plastic bag, and label with the size of the nappies to make sorting donations easier for our volunteers.
