Active Recovery is a brand-new KX experience, taught by the expert Trainers you know and trust. Using the KXFormer and familiar movements, this class brings a fresh focus on mindful movement and recovery – designed to support your body while still feeling distinctly KX.
If you're looking for a way to balance your training load, this class is your opportunity to reset, release, and feel stronger from the inside out.
