How to make fairy bread cupcake toppers
Celebrate retro Australiana at its finest with these super cute and easy-to-make fairy bread cupcake toppers. You can simply add them to store bought cakes, or make your own from scratch.
- 1 packet of tiny toast (you can find it in the cracker section)
- 200g of white chocolate
- 1 packet of hundreds and thousands
- 6 iced cupcakes
- 1 piping bag
While you’re boiling the kettle, put your white chocolate in a piping bag and secure the end with an elastic band.
Pour the boiling water into a large bowl and submerge the bag until the chocolate is melted.
Lay out the tiny toasts on a baking tray and get your sprinkles ready.
Cut the end of the piping bag and carefully pipe a layer of melted chocolate onto each, quickly sprinkle on the hundreds and thousands while the chocolate is still soft.
When the chocolate sets, pop the fairy bread toppers onto some iced cupcakes.
