Motto Motto (known for premium bowls of rice, ramen and curry) are launching an innovative and mouth-watering collection of Japanese-inspired burgers that would tempt any burger enthusiast!

In true Motto Motto style, the new burger menu offers premium Australian ingredients loaded on pillow-soft Motto milk buns.

WAGYU CHEESE

It’s the ultimate Japanese cheeseburger! Loaded with delicate slices (not a frozen mince patty!) of premium 6+ marble score Australian Wagyu beef, cooked, seared and served with locally grown fresh lettuce, tomato, saké pickles, onions, cheese and their delicious Japanese mustard mayo.

PORK KATSU

Packed with flavour featuring a delicious pork katsu fillet, thinly sliced white cabbage and tonkatsu sauce & traditional Japanese mayo!

SPICY CHICKEN KARAAGE

You can’t call yourself a spice fiend if you can’t handle their hot & spicy chicken karaage! Featuring two super crunchy, hot & spicy chicken breast fillets with locally grown fresh lettuce, saké pickles and traditional Japanese mayo.

LOBSTER & PRAWN

For that melt-in-your-mouth moment, their lobster & prawn croquette is packed with the good stuff, and covered in a delicious golden crunch! Paired with white cabbage and Japanese yuzu mayo for that perfectly zesty balance.
