Calm room

Our calm room is a safe and private sensory-based resource, providing children and adults living with sensory processing differences the opportunity to relax in a less stimulating environment. Located behind the travellator going up to the Green Car Park, please visit the concierge desk or call concierge on (03) 9704 6666 for more information and how to access.

Accessible services

For mobility-impaired customers, we offer complimentary wheelchairs and power shoppers. The wheelchairs and power shoppers are in high demand, and are therefore subject to availability. Please contact concierge to book your mobility equipment in advance to guarantee availability.

Accessible amenities

All of our restrooms have a wheelchair accessible toilet, view our centre map for the specific locations. Adult change table is available in our level 1 restroom, located near Surf Dive N Ski.
