Eligible HCF members* can get a free 10-minute Heart and Diabetes Health Check at HCF Westfield Fountain Gate (located near Coles, Bupa and Flight Centre) this week between
7- 11 September.
The checks will be delivered through HCF’s partnership with the Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute. A Victor Chang health expert will carry out a blood pressure, total cholesterol and average blood sugar (HbA1c) reading, and you’ll get on-the-spot healthy heart advice with follow-up recommendations.
