Terms & Conditions – Invisalign Save $500 Promotion (MC Dental)

Eligibility
You must mention the offer at the time of booking or at reception. You must book with a participating dentist as shown at http://www.mcdental.com.au/invisalign-500/
This promotion is available to new and existing patients, who have not previously had Invisalign treatment with MC Dental and are not currently undergoing Invisalign treatment.

Offer
If you commence Invisalign treatment between 1st July 2026 and 31st July 2026, and subject to suitability for Invisalign as reasonably determined by our dentist, you will be eligible for:

$500 off Moderate or Comprehensive treatment
1 complimentary Dentagenie Sonic Cleaner when collecting your first set of aligners. (valued at RRP$79)

Guide to Regular Treatment Fees
While each case will be individually assessed, the following table provides a general guide to treatment duration and cost:

Offer is not valid for patients who are already in treatment and/or who have signed an orthodontic agreement with MC Dental.

Pre-Treatment Diagnostic Records Fee

Payment of Records Fee
Before Invisalign treatment may commence, a records fee of AUD $500 is payable to cover diagnostic records (intraoral and extraoral photographs, intraoral scanning, and a panoramic OPG). If you elect to proceed with the full Invisalign treatment plan, the $500 records fee will be credited in full toward the total treatment cost.

Separate from Treatment Fee
This fee is separate from, and does not replace, any portion of the Invisalign treatment fee.

Validity / Updated Records
If more than 90 days pass between taking the initial records and commencing Invisalign treatment, or if there are significant changes to your oral condition, updated records may be required (at additional cost).

Cancellation & Refund
If you choose not to proceed with Invisalign treatment after records are taken, the $500 fee is non-refundable (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
If MC Dental is unable to provide the proposed treatment (for example, due to clinical assessment changes or capacity constraints), the records fee will be refunded in full.
Patients acknowledge that non-refundability applies even in cases of change of mind, provided the terms were disclosed and accepted in advance.

Consequences of Non-Payment
Failure to pay the records fee when due may delay or prevent the commencement of Invisalign treatment (including case submission and ordering of aligners).

No Guaranteed Outcomes
MC Dental will use best efforts to support you in achieving your desired results. However, treatment outcomes vary between individuals due to factors such as oral health, compliance, genetics, diet, and lifestyle. Outcomes experienced by one patient may not be indicative of outcomes for another. All dental procedures carry risks. Before proceeding with any treatment, you should seek a second opinion from an appropriately qualified health practitioner.

Pricing
Promotion applies to 2026 Invisalign pricing.
Any quotes issued before 2026 will be re-quoted in line with 2026 pricing.
