X-rays are not included in this offer. If X-rays are clinically required, they will be quoted separately. Fluoride treatment is optional and provided at the parent or guardian’s discretion. The package price remains the same regardless of whether the fluoride treatment is administered.
If the child is eligible for the Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS), the clinic may bill the items under CDBS. Any services not covered by CDBS or if the child’s benefit cap is exhausted, standard fees will apply.
Available with participating dentists only. No further discounts apply and offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
