We have a purpose built Dry-Age room with Himalayan rock salt imported from Pakistan. Dry-aged meat creates a more tender and flavoursome steak. The kind of taste that cannot be created from just cooking or seasoning.
Come on in and say hi and check it out. You can choose your meat to be aged and we store it in our dry-age room for as long as you like so that you can have your meat, your way.
