• Lenses provided on the free second pair include 1.5 index single vision hard coated stock lenses.
• Any lenses upgrade outside of the 1.5 index single vision hard coated stock lenses will be charged at the retail price of the upgraded lens, less the retail price of the 1.5 index single vision hard coated stock lenses.
• The free second pair cannot be transferred to another person or be substituted for discount or credit on the first pair.
