Complimentary items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, and are available only while stocks last.
This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts or vouchers.
Refunds are not permitted for orders that qualify for complimentary items, unless under extraordinary circumstances. We kindly ask customers to thoroughly inspect items before finalising their purchase. Refunds must include the complimentary items (unused & undamaged) that came with the order.
Exchanges are only permitted for faulty items and must be requested within 14 days of purchase, provided the clothing remains in an unwashed, unworn condition, with tags intact. Exchanges for change of mind, including colour or size changes are not permitted.
Customers must return the complimentary items if their exchange causes the order price to fall below the amount required for the free gift.
