The Truffle Croque Monsieur reimagines the classic French sandwich with layers of double-smoked ham, Gruyère and Swiss cheese, finished with a truffle-infused béchamel and toasted until golden and crisp. The result is a rich, cheesy and deeply savoury offering that pairs perfectly with coffee or a leisurely lunch.
The Truffle Mushroom & Herb Quiche is a luxurious take on Black Star Pastry's popular Mushroom & Herb Quiche. Truffled Portobello mushrooms, fresh parsley and creamy truffle-infused Brie are baked in a buttery pastry shell and finished with freshly grated truffle, creating a comforting yet refined savoury option.
