How does ticketless parking work?

We have improved your parking experience by introducing licence plate recognition technology. This will mean there is now no paper tickets for faster, easier entry and exit, to get you out of the car and into centre to do what you came for.

With Westfield membership, members have the added benefit of skipping the queue by adding their payment information directly into the app, proceeding straight to the exit and the boom gate will open automatically. For non-members or members who prefer to pay in person, head to one of our many pay stations, enter your number plate and pay the parking fee.
