Westfield Booragoon receives Development Application approval

Westfield Booragoon receives Development Application approval for long-term investment opportunities

We are pleased to let you know that we have received Development Application approval for significant long-term investment opportunities at Westfield Booragoon. This approval marks a critical milestone in the planning process and highlights our continued long-term investment in Perth.

At Westfield Booragoon, we value our customers' feedback and opinions, and in response to your suggestions, we have incorporated community features such as dining, entertainment and open spaces into our plans.

Our proposed investment includes the introduction of a contemporary indoor-outdoor dining and entertainment area, new and improved supermarket and fresh food offering, and elevated fashion and retail experiences. Additionally, we plan to create a new High Street that will connect the Melville City Centre and Wireless Hill Park, enhance community and green spaces, and improve pedestrian connections.

We are grateful for the support and collaboration of the State Development Assessment Unit, Western Australian Planning Commission and the City of Melville. This approval is just one step in our ongoing planning process and we will keep you updated on any further developments.
