Brooki Bakehouse, the Brisbane-born cookie brand beloved by millions across Australia, today announces a four-day pop-up at Westfield Belconnen, running Thursday 9 July through Sunday 12 July 2026. Brooki’s signature energy arrives in Canberra for the very first time.

This is a one-off, limited-time event – four days only – giving Canberra cookie lovers their first chance to experience Brooki in person. The Westfield Belconnen pop-up is the brand’s first appearance in Canberra – don’t miss it.
