Flavours of India draws it’s inspiration from flourishing traditions of mughlai cuisine in northern India with spectacular meat preparation, curries, roganjosh, kormas and exotic biryanis. Kebabs are made from marinated and minced meats, and clay pot cooking (tandoor) is used.

Indian Cuisine is famous world over for its variety of flavours, colours and uniqueness. It is a delight for the connoisseur and new converts.
