Walking down the streets of Mexico it’s impossible to escape the aroma of corn – sweet, juicy and sprinkled with Mexican spices, enough to make anyone want to stop and try some. Most commonly seen being served from authentic street carts – Street Corn boasts irresistible Mexican flavours and most importantly is served with love.

Fun fact: ‘Esquite’ is the traditional Spanish name for the carts that serve corn in a cup!

From the streets of Mexico to our kitchens, GYG Street Corn is more than just a menu item, it’s an authentic flavourful experience…

It all starts with our chipotle-seasoned sweet corn sautéed in a pan, drizzled with our famous chipotle mayo, sprinkled with Jack Cheese and topped with fresh Pico de Gallo salsa. The best part? You can enjoy it as a side on its own or add it to your favourite burrito or bowl.
