She is an absolute world of knowledge and knew exactly what I need to get the best out of my workouts and what my diet may be lacking. Sam asked me what I was looking for and recommended a few supplements I now take everyday and genuinely love!

Choc Mint Coconut Rough

Ingredients

  • 200g cacao butter
  • 2 cups cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 2 1/2 cups unsweetened desiccated coconut
  • 5 tbs monk-fruit sweetener or sweetener of choice
  • 6mls of ATP Science AMP-V (for the mint taste)

How To Make

  • Line a square dish of choice with baking paper
  • Melt Cacao butter, coconut oil & monk-fruit sweetener in a saucepan over a medium heat until completely melted
  • Mix desiccated coconut & cacao powder in a mixing bowl
  • Pour melted ingredients over the dry ingredients and mix well add AMP-V & mix again
  • Put mixture in to a lined square dish and flatten out with spoon
  • Place coconut rough into the freezer for five mins then it's ready to eat!
  • Store in fridge

Choc Mint Bliss Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of almond meal
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 6 medjool dates pitted & chopped
  • 6mls ATP Science AMP-V (for the mint taste)

Method

  • Pop all ingredients into food processor, blend until smooth
  • Roll mixture into 10 bliss balls
  • If desired roll bliss balls into shredded coconut
  • Enjoy!

Tropical Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 x scoop ATP Science Pina Colada protein
  • 1 tsp Body Science super greens powder
  • 1 banana⠀
  • Hand full of frozen pineapple & mango⠀
  • Ice⠀
  • Milk of choice⠀

Blend

Top with buckinis & coconut

Noway tropical bliss balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond meal⠀
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened desiccated coconut ⠀
  • 1/4 cup rice malt syrup ⠀
  • 6 tbsp of coonut oil⠀
  • 4 scoops of ATP Science Noway Protein Pina colada ⠀

How to make⠀
1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl ⠀
2. Melt coconut oil in the microwave until liquid ⠀
3. Add coconut oil & rice malt syrup to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.⠀
4. Roll balls in extra coconut ⠀

Will make 12 bliss balls
