BWS: Monkey Jam Sour Cocktail

This sweet and simple take on the classic cocktail is perfectly balanced with fresh zesty lemon and a dash of orange bitters.
Ingredients
- 50ml of Monkey Shoulder Scotch Whisky 700mL
- Dash of Angostura Bitters
- 5ml sugar syrup
- 2 teaspoons of jam
- 20mL of fresh lemon juice
- Glass of Schweppes Soda Water 1.1Ls
Method
- Add monkey shoulder, sugar syrup, jam, lemon juice and orange bitters to a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice and shake.
- Strain into glass filled with ice.
- Top up with soda
