Westfield Direct

As of June 22, we have wrapped up our Click & Collect service. Westfield Direct was fast-tracked to provide a contactless option for customers during COVID-19, so as restrictions continue to ease, this service will be closed until further notice. Stay tuned for further developments in this space throughout 2020.

Westfield Direct is our new contactless Click & Collect service – you can now purchase items from multiple retailers and collect your order from the convenience of our walk-thru station on Pitt St. Mall.

From takeaway food to daily necessities and extras, simply order online, select your pick-up time, and collect your order at our designated collection point – with no booking or delivery fee applied.

Over the coming weeks and months, we’ll be expanding our service to include other categories and retailers, so keep checking in for your favourites.

How it works:

  1. Place your order at direct.westfield.com.au where you’ll be able to order from multiple restaurants (More coming online soon)
  2. Select a time to collect
  3. The restaurant will prepare your order and deliver it to the pick-up area
  4. Collect your order via contactless collection area. To place an order and find your location, visit direct.westfield.com.au.

Where is the collection point?

The pick-up area is located at:
Customer Service Desk, Level 2 near Calvin Klein.
Best access via Pitt Street Mall near Microsoft.
