ZARA: Quiet Time

ZARA , Pitt Street Mall

Zara has introduced “Quiet Hour” in all their stores creating a low-sensory in-store experience. This will take place every Tuesday from 10:30AM to 11:30AM (local standard time), starting from Tuesday 6th August.

Those with sensory sensitivities or needs, such as those on the Autism spectrum or those living with Dementia can expect a quiet atmosphere with no background music and PA announcements limited for emergencies, and with store LED screens dimmed.

As part of Inditex’s ongoing commitment to an Inclusive Culture, where all feel welcome, Quiet Hour will be offered in all ZARA stores in Australia and New Zealand. This program allows those with sensory needs to feel more comfortable and connected with our stores and their communities.
