Fendi collaborates with Nicki Minaj for Fendi prints on capsule collection

For the next chapter of the FF Series, FENDI teams up with world acclaimed artist Nicki Minaj on an explosive, flamboyant drop for women's, men's and kid's: FENDI Prints On.

The rapper, singer and songwriter, who is also considered an outstanding fashion icon thanks to her bold, frisky sense of style, has worked with Silvia Venturini Fendi and the design team to create a capsule collection which is deeply rooted in FENDI’s ironic and playful DNA.

A space-like, futuristic inspiration meets high-end glamour in the FENDI Prints On drop, where the iconic FF logo all-over pattern is combined with metallic, shimmering surfaces and rich textures. The eye-catching collection of ready to wear and accessories showcases body-hugging silhouettes juxtaposed with oversized puffers and coats blending sophisticated craft with elevated leisurewear styles. The same eccentric and streetstyle attitude characterizes the accessories of the collection with legendary Peekaboo and Baguette bags in a range of sizes and colors such as metallic silver – from sequins to embossed FF logo - and fluo pink.

Shot poolside in LA by Steven Klein, the campaign centers around Nicki Minaj, with models surrounding her, intimating that they are part of the FENDI Prints On tribe. Looking strong and powerful, they flawlessly embody the style of the capsule, which comes to life with the colors, textures and silhouettes glamorously merging with the setting.

The FENDI Prints On capsule collection will launch on fendi.com October 14 and will then be sold in 52 FENDI boutiques worldwide starting October 16, 2019.




The house of FENDI was established by Adele and Edoardo Fendi in Rome in 1925. The opening of the first FENDI boutique – a handbag shop and fur workshop followed. Soon winning international acclaim, FENDI emerged as a brand renowned for its elegance, craftsmanship, innovation and style. The collaboration with Karl Lagerfeld began back in 1965 and in 1992 Silvia Venturini Fendi seconded him in the creative direction. In 1994 she was given responsibility of leather goods accessories and then the direction of the kidswear and menswear lines. In 2000 the LVMH Group acquired FENDI becoming in 2001 its majority shareholder. Today FENDI is synonymous with quality, tradition, experimentation and creativity.
