The flow control regulator allows you to manipulate the amount of water going through the puck, varying the extraction pressure which could impact the coffee's flavours. Other features to love in the Profitec Pro 700: a top-loading 3L water tank and the possibility to connect to the water mains, a large capacity drip tray, eco mode, and a low-water sensor that triggers an automatic shut-off to prevent damage to the machine.
