The Postnatal Recovery Full Length Tight provides the support and compression you need to assist your postnatal recovery. Compression garments are recommended for new mums following childbirth to increase circulation to aid healing, reduce swelling and reduce post-pregnancy related aches and pains.

Our Recovery styles are designed for use in the first 8-10 weeks after birth, however we know that everyone's post birth experience will be different. We recommend wearing your Postnatal Recovery Tights for as long as they provide benefits. You'll love the smoothing and squat-proof fabric and a fit that is perfect for comfortable all-day wear as well as post-natal exercise. You'll feel confident wearing these versatile tights from coffee catch-ups to your mums-and-bubs exercise class.

We designed these recovery tights in consultation with a women's health physiotherapist to target specific postpartum issues including instability of the hips and pelvis post-birth, lower back pain, abdominal muscle separation (DRAM) or weakness, as well as pelvic floor issues.

Unlike traditional medical garments which can be uncomfortably tight (and not to mention ugly!), our tights will still give you flexibility of movement while you're looking after your baby and won't irritate your c-section scar. The extra-high waistband also provides you with tummy coverage if you're breastfeeding.

The Postnatal Recovery Tight is also available in a bike short, 3/4 length and 7/8 length and are effective after delivering your baby by either vaginal delivery or caesarean section.
