These tights were designed with the expertise of a women's health physiotherapist to help you feel supported but still move freely when you're looking after your baby - without having to squeeze into uncomfortable and ugly medical garments. Compression garments are recommended for new mums following childbirth to increase circulation to aid healing, reduce swelling and reduce post-pregnancy related aches and pains. Our Recovery styles are designed for use in the first 8-10 weeks after birth, however, we know that everyone's post-birth experience will be different. We recommend wearing your Postnatal Recovery Tights for as long as they provide benefits.

Size Guide
Model 1 wears a M. She is a size 10 and 176cm tall.
Model 2 wears a L. She is a size 12-14 and 175cm tall.
Model 3 wears a S. She is a size 8 and 173cm tall.

We suggest checking your hip measurements and using our size guide to help you choose your correct size, it is most important they fit
correctly around your hips and legs. In our experience, if you are between sizes or unsure then it's best to size up.

The Postnal Recovery Tight is not suitable and should not be worn during pregnancy.

Everyone's post birth experience will be different. We recommend continuing to wear your maternity tights until you feel comfortable transitioning to a recovery tight. .
