The Biochef Arizona Sol 6 Tray Food Dehydrator Black can be used to make a variety of different healthy snacks such as kale chips, granola bars, beef jerky and dried fruit, and can even be used to ferment yoghurt and other foods in a controlled temperature environment. With a drying area of 0.58m2 spread over 6 BPA-free stainless steel trays, the dehydrator can be filled up and set to a temperature between 35-70°C or 95-158°F. Drying is a slow and steady process, so for your convenience you can set a timer up to 19.5 hours so you can go about your day and be sure the dehydrator will turn itself off when finished. Featuring a horizontal drying system, air is circulated throughout the unit ensuring each spot on every tray is dried evenly and efficiently for perfect results.
