Already used your free postal return? You can still use paid postal returns within 14 days of receipt as long as your items are eligible, unused with the original packaging and tags still attached.
Customers receive one free postal return per order. In-centre returns are always free.

Post your items

Complete the returns slip packed with your order

Visit the relevant Australia Post portal for your region to pay for your return and receive your return label

Drop your order off to the closest post office (they can also print your label for you)

Purchase a return label

To generate your return label, go to the Auspost returns portal and follow the instructions

You can always return in-centre for free

Drop your items to the click & collect desk at your preferred Westfield centre

How do I return an item via Post?

To return any item(s) by post, please complete the return slip that was enclosed with your purchase order. Please ensure that this return slip is included in the parcel with the item(s) being returned. 

How long do I have to return my item(s)?

We offer a 14 day returns period for eligible returns. Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date you received your order by post, or the date you collected your order from a Westfield centre.  

I've lost my return slip, how do I get a new one?

If you have misplaced your return slip, please download a new one here. All postage returns must have a return slip included.
