Free and easy returns for members

Westfield Plus members get one free postal return per order* within 14 days of receipt as long as your items are eligible, unused with the original packaging and tags still attached.
Don’t forget, all customers can return Westfield Direct orders to the Westfield Direct Service Desk at their preferred Westfield centre for free.

*Customers must be a member at the time of purchase to be eligible for the free postal return

Frequently asked questions

How do I return an item via Post?

To return any item(s) by post, please complete the return slip that was enclosed with your purchase order. Please ensure that this return slip is included in the parcel with the item(s) being returned. Please also make sure you are packing your returns in accordance with the Australia Post packing guidelines available here.

How long do I have to return my item(s)?

We offer a 14 day returns period for eligible returns. Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date you received your order by post, or the date you collected your order from a Westfield centre.  

I've lost my return slip, how do I get a new one?

If you have misplaced your return slip, please download a new one here. All postage returns must have a return slip included.
