Free in-centre returns

You're welcome to return an item in person at your preferred Westfield centre for free. For instructions on exactly where to return, parking recommendations and opening hours, visit the your preferred centre website using the links below.
In-centre returns are always free. Westfield members also receive one free postal return per order.

You have 14 days from receipt to return your items, as long as they are unused, with the original packaging and tags still attached. Please repackage your items, and review our returns policy to make sure your items are eligible.

Frequently asked questions

How do I return an item to a Westfield centre?

Eligible returns can be returned to the Westfield click & collect service desk at any Westfield centre. Orders do not need to be returned to the centre you originally click & collected from. 

When returning your order to a Westfield centre, please have your 'Order Received' email with you for proof of purchase.  

How long do I have to return my item(s)? 

We offer a 14 day returns period for eligible returns. Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date you received your order by post, or the date you collected your order from a Westfield centre.
