Where do I collect my order?
You can collect your order from the designated Westfield click & collect service desk at every Westfield centre in Australia. See the list of locations here.
Can someone else pick up my order?
Yes, If you would like someone to collect the order on your behalf, ensure that whoever is collecting the order has a copy of the order confirmation email and their photo ID. We may contact you via phone to confirm before releasing the item to the nominated person.
What happens if I don't pick up my order?
We will hold your click & collect order for 10 days. If you are unable to collect the item after 10 days, the order will be canceled and you will be refunded.
