Délisse
Délisse French Café is a tribute to the French Food heritage.
The name “Délisse” comes from one of the best food markets in France called “Le Marché des Lices” where Mathieu, Délisse's founder, used to shop with his parents. “Le Marché des Lices” is renowned for offering some of the highest quality products you can get in France.
Consistent with this approach, Délisse's food is prepared fresh every morning with the best ingredients mostly coming from the market or from the country of origin.
The San Daniele Prosciutto comes from Italy, the Gruyère cheese comes from Gruyère in Switzerland, the rillette is home-made with slow cooked pure pork, all vegetables come from the Sydney market, etc.
Délisse is also a specialty coffee shop our coffee blend has been designed by our award winning roaster to complement our food and we offer all sorts of pastries, including pure butter croissants.
