How to accessorise this autumn
With the last summer days behind us, celebrate the start of the cosy season with pieces you'll be excited to pull out on chilly mornings. Aside from this being a great time to do a bit of an “autumn clean”, ridding yourself of clothes you haven’t worn in some time (or maybe ever), it's also the perfect moment to see what outfits you can simply freshen up with a new accessory or two.
Drawing inspiration from Milan and Paris Fashion Week’s, we single out some of the key accessories that have been popping up again and again on the runways as well as on chic show-goers snapped on the streets. You can see how the addition of an elegant hat, or a chic pair of glasses elevates a classic outfit, transforming it into a downright seasonal sensation.
The Matrix glasses

A favourite of Gigi and Bella Hadid, this season it is the smaller the better when it comes to eyewear. Pair it with a tough biker jacket, some slouchy jeans and a pair of crisp trainers for a stylish off-duty look.

Featuring in the Dior and Moschino shows to name a few, this hat brings a youthful nod to any outfit. Team it with an oversized tee and classic denim, or rock it a la Cara Delevigne with some straight leg trousers and a touch crop.

Once seen on the arm of a 60’s airline hostess, this ultra-mod bag will bring some style and class to any outfit. Either head out for the night after work with in a tailored blazer, or add a splash of cross-body colour to a smock dress.
