Everyone gets their time with Santa this Christmas

Join us for our Sensitive Santa experience where families can have a photo taken in a relaxed environment, tailored to children with sensory challenges. These calm and comfortable photography sessions are run before stores open, when the centre is quieter, to create a relaxed and sensory-friendly Santa experience.

Online bookings are essential for our Sensitive Santa sessions. With a booked in time slot and no need to wait in a queue, families can take their time to enjoy their moment with Santa. Please note, there will be no walk-ins available.

View the variety of photo packages available and book here to secure a time that is convenient for you. All children who visit Santa will also receive a reindeer headband to take home.

Still with the magic you know and love, we will be offering a Covid-Safe Santa experience this year that reflects local requirements. The traditional portrait image will be replaced with a landscape shot, to allow for physical distancing. We encourage you to bring festive props or a favourite toy to create a unique and interactive Christmas memory.

For your wellbeing, a few extra safety measures will be in place. Hand sanitiser will be available and a separate screen for families to view their Santa pictures. Santa’s elves will also support with cleaning throughout the day.

During your session, please let us know if there’s anything we can do to help make your experience easier, and we will accommodate any special requests as best we can.
